A couple of years ago a friend of mine introduced me to this band, KUDU, and I totally connected with their bass-driven, lyrical brand of audio sleaze.
New York-based, the band is made up of vocalist Sylvia Gordon (whose dark, soulful sound gilds even the dirtiest of lyrics), drummer Deantoni Parks, and keyboardists Nick Kasper and Peter Stoltzman.
I love their eclectic sound, their unbridled, un-PC lyrics, and Gordon’s dark diva style.
